HOMEBAY

A three bedroomed holiday home, sleeping up to seven people,
on Lighthouse Road, Flamborough Head (almost opposite the old chalk tower)

‘HOMEBAY’ is a double fronted semi-detached cottage style house which has extensive views.
To the rear is a large enclosed garden with patio area.
There is private parking to the front for two or three cars.

The Ground Floor

The entrance porch leads to the hallway. To the left is the lounge with an open fire, easy chairs, colour T.V. and radio. To the right is a twin bedroom. Lower down the hallway to the left is a kitchen with tiled floor, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric kettle, toaster and the usual crockery and cutlery. There is a bathroom with a tiled floor, an electric shower over the bath, w.c. and sink To the rear of the kitchen is a back porch. There is an outside toilet. To the right of the Hallway is the dining room.

The First Floor

One front facing twin bedroom and one rear facing double bedroom with one single bed also in this room

Facilities

• The house has the benefit of oil fired central heating and instant hot water
• All beds are provided with mattress protectors, pillow protectors and duvet covers.
• You have to bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels etc.
• If you don’t have any top sheets then I suggest you bring a duvet cover.

Rates

• Our rates are £340 for the last two weeks in July and all of August
• All other weeks are £270
• Short breaks £60 per night (our rates are inclusive – no extras for heating and lighting and free use of coal)
